This video explains how to update Fortify SCA rules pack offline, as we know fortify releases rules pack every quarter, ideally it is required to be on latest Rules packs to find the latest vulnerabilities in the static code. If we are on older SCA rules pack chances are it cannot detect some of the new vulnerabilities.
